Crypto Capital GmbH, further referred to as “the company”, “we”, “us” or “our”, is the responsible authority for data processing on this Website. 2. Application and changes in data protection policy

The current Data Protection policy is applied to the company’s website, application services and emails. For the improvement of functionality of our website this policy may be updated at any time. Any change in the current policy will become effective when we make the revised version available on our website. 3. General data collection, storage and deletion

Every time the customers access our website and its services, the general information, such as the type of their web browser, the operating system used, the domain of their Internet provider and similar, is automatically collected. This information is needed to correctly deliver the contents of the websites requested by the customers and is standard for the use of the Internet.

We are interested in the legitimate use and the security of digital data of our customers and process their data in accordance with legal regulations of the Articles 5 and 6 (1) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Anonymized digital data of our customers are stored on Crypto Capital GmbH data server at AWS Data Center (Frankfurt) and are used for the application of our services, statistical and analytical purposes, and the optimization of our website. These data are stored by Crypto Capital GmbH for as long as they are necessary to achieve the purposes of the company, and within a maximum of 2 years after a contract with the user has been expired. After the mentioned period of time all the collected data unrelated to the company’s purposes are deleted automatically in accordance with Article 17 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

4. Registration at our website

By submitting a registration form to our website the customers acknowledge that their personal data such as their names, date of birth and e-mail address are collected. These data are processed, stored and deleted in accordance with the law.

The customers can revoke their consent about the use of their personal data, which is unrelated to the company’s purposes, at any time with effect for the future, by sending a corresponding request per e-mail at info@cryptocapital.ai. Such revocation of users’ consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of their data on the basis of the Articles 5 and 6 (1) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

5. Data from third party websites (Bitmex, Coinbase, Binance, etc.)

By providing the API credentials of their accounts from the third party websites such as Bitmex, Coinbase, Binance, etc. the customers give their consent and enable Crypto Capital GmbH to receive and use their data from these third party websites. The anonymized data from these sources are stored, processed and deleted by Crypto Capital GmbH in accordance with the law and the current data protection policy. If the customers have questions about the use of their data by a third party, they should consult the data protection and privacy policies on a corresponding third party website.

6. Use of cookies

Our website uses the so-called “cookies”, or small text- or graphic files that are stored on the customers’ devices to analyze their usage of our website. Cookies help us to improve our website performance, to measure the successes of our marketing campaigns, to understand whether the customers came to our website from a third-party website, and to improve their viewing experience. The customers can choose to accept cookies or to prevent their storage by changing the corresponding settings on their browsers.
